Barron Design was appointed to develop the scheme to full construction drawings, including a pre-fabricated timber frame and complex façade detailing to achieve a fully integrated deign.

Designed as part of the Barron Design Masterplan for the former Brymbo Steelworks site, the architecture is taken from the Powerhouse which dominated the site.

The Masterplan and powerhouse scheme has achieved outline planning approval and the site is currently being developed in phases.
